Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. When she was 17, she received her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her education at college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from her previous place of competing in top competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel's top body part to exercise includes her lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the exercise. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. The supersetting of all back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
